Hello I don't usually write bad reviews. I try and look at both sides and be fair. I used this clinic just out of necessity it's not my local. My appt was for 1.30 pm, booking was made online. It's now 2.15pm, and I'm still waiting. Now I'm a pretty patient person, but to be fare we are asked to appts in timeslots, depending on why you are visiting, so I would have thought this would help doctors plan their day, I understand appts can go a little longer but, honestly now 30mins over. I am writing to share a recent experience at this practice that unfortunately left me feeling very disheartened. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Christina Illing. Just prior to my visit, I received an urgent call from my son's school to pick him up due to an incident, as he has special needs. Despite this stressful situation, I managed to arrive on time, bringing my son with me as I had no other option and wished to avoid a non-attendance fee. The quality of care at this clinic is excellent. We’ve seen three different doctors and all were great. In particular, Dr. Monika Coha helped us during a particularly stressful time and was caring, knowledgeable and thorough. We are so grateful! I’m so happy I found this clinic.
Wasn't greeted when I walked in. Felt completely ignored. But good signage of pathology and what to do to see someone. Very clean and ok atmosphere
Had my first appointment with Monika, and safe to say I will be a regular. Monica was warm and friendly and very informative, knowledgeable and thorough which is had to find at clinics. This will be my new regular place and going by all the other amazing reviews all the other doctors seem to be great too. Once again thank you so much.
