Seemed nice when he came round to look at what needed doing, but six weeks later, still no quote.
With hindsight they were very expensive compared to others. I was charged £200 for a cylinder service and investigation of a pipe noise. The guy spent a total of 24 minutes at the property - and they wouldn’t let me carry forward the quoted time to replace the part that was causing the noise. I feel the company could have guided me better and not add on extra time upfront and just recommended the service first (especially as I suggested the noise was coming from a part that forms part of the maintenance routine).
