Appointments have been on time and the facility is clean. Dr. Peterson is thorough in explaining and performing the procedures. The Staff are extremely courteous. Yes, I would recommend him.
I'm currently in the waiting room. I don't know what is happening but the receptionist DOES NOT have it together. I sat in the waiting room for 45 mins before ever being called up just to CHECK IN. And then additional 20 mins before realizing we wasn't going to be seen for another hour or more! Called to reschedule and was rudely told "this is normal." Absolutely wonderful. Office staff was able to schedule both my young children for same day surgeries. Dr. Peterson expresses excellent soft skills and bedside manner. He had found a Cholesteatoma in my daughters left ear, and after surgery Dr. Peterson greeted my husband and I in the waiting room, explained what he had found, giving a well explained definition of the diagnosis.
