I'm currently in the waiting room. I don't know what is happening but the receptionist DOES NOT have it together. I sat in the waiting room for 45 mins before ever being called up just to CHECK IN. And then additional 20 mins before realizing we wasn't going to be seen for another hour or more! Called to reschedule and was rudely told "this is normal." I'm sorry but you ask me to come 15 mins early I go a step farther and show up 30 mins early. Wait for over an hour to just be checked in and then have to wait another hour or... read more
