Like someone else mentioned a "bag of trash". They wanted to charge me a $100 copay just for my test results. When I said I wanted to see the doctor in person if I had to pay a $100 copay they said I would have to wait almost 1 month to see him, basically as punishment. Holding my test results as ransom is totally unprofessional, unethical, and shows how much they really care about their patients. Dr Pastewski literally saved my son's life. When everyone gived up on him and said he was not going to make it. Dr Pastewski fought and fought and here we are 2 months later at the Doctor office on follow up visit. He's also a very kind, well mannered, and extremely brilliant Doctor very difficult to find these days
Great staff, Dr. Pastewski listen’s to the patient all concerns and explains the process of the patient treatment. I would recommend to anyone that’s looking for honesty.
I called to make an appointment, the woman who answered the phone "Dr's office" sounded like she was still in bed, barely understood her, sounded like she was doing me a major favor answering my call and talking with me, she then paused??..After I asked "if" she was still there, she responded "6 weeks for an appointment" If the Dr has the same demeanor as the person answering the phone, I definetley will pass..She sounded if this is a business out of the back door someplace..
They have a really bad customer service the representative miriam its very rude... no modalities!!
