My case happened 2 years ago I got a call 3 months ago telling me the offer and everything then they called me last month saying the check is done that they are waiting for the check it’ll take a week it’s been almost a month and a half next week they don’t answer any calls or emails very unsatisfied with the service and will not recommend this to anyone even before the offer they didn’t answer anything a whole two years later I get a response from them
The worse law firm ever paralegals don’t know what they are doing or where they stand on the case, never even spoke to an attorney. They never pick up the phone calls or answer any text messages when they do answer they are lost don’t know what is going on misleading miscommunication. You have to call 300 times to get through to them been waiting on my settlement for 5 weeks now ! Waiting for someone to call me back and answer my question about my case… how many more years I have to wait… this is ridiculous…
Disappointing Experience – Lack of Communication and Accountability I would not recommend this attorney’s office. They changed their name in 2024 without notifying clients until recently, and communication has been terrible ever since. No one reaches out with updates, and they consistently ignore calls and emails. I’ve had to chase them down for basic information. As a client, I expected transparency and professionalism — unfortunately, this office has provided neither.
He's professional. They have bilingual Korean and English speaking paralegals and attorneys and I was 100 satisfied with their service
