My wife broke her ankle in 3 places. We met with Dr. Pao on Tuesday and she had surgery today, Friday. Dr. Pao treated her as if we were family. He took his time with his evaluation and was very careful in his explanation of the breaks and how he was going to repair her ankle. The surgery went exactly as planned. My wife is now recuperating on the couch and is very thankful that Dr. Pao treated her. We will recommend him to anyone who may need his services. Thank you Dr. Pao.
Outstanding experience from beginning to the end. From making an appointment, to front desk interaction, to meeting the nurse, then the doctor and the X-ray technitian, and finally the checkout - every single step was a class act. Dr. Pao is professional, knowledgeable, approachable, relatable, personable, I can go on…. Truly, an experience that we all should expect, but hardly get anymore anywhere. If this was a restaurant I would visit more often :)
