I think highly of Dr. Pacinelli. He helped me with my very complex dental work I had done years ago and which other dentists could not fix. I am so thankful for his knowledge and skills in fixing my teeth. I highly recommend him.
Dr Andrew Pacinelli, Incompetent or maybe a fraud for not disclosing his ability. Disappointing Experience with My Dental Implants I had a full upper dental implant done at Dr Andrew Pacinelli several years ago, and unfortunately, it has not held up well and it’s falling apart. When I initially discussed the procedure with the doctor, I have specifically requested zirconia implants, after several failures with zirconia, he admitted to me that he is not experience with Zirconia and could only use metal implants and ceramic.
