Dr. Andy Talbot is a certifiable rock star. He & his staff are extraordinary. He’s been treating my lower back issues now for years. I used to barely be able to stand for ten minutes or take my dog for even a short walk. My pain was debilitating. Thanks to Dr. Andy, I can often practically skip up the stairs, ride my bike, hike, & ski. Dr. Andy gave me my life back. And Office Manager Jessica is likewise awesome, helping me navigate all manner of insurance issues. Receptionist Kim is likewise awesome! I’m a big fan!

Paid $170 up-front and out-of-pocket to be told by Dr. Talbott that he couldn't do anything for me and to come back with an MRI. This is information that could have been disseminated over the phone and certainly doesn't cost $170. If the rule is that Andrew Talbott will only treat/prescribe with a specific type of image, of course that's fine, but to charge a patient to just send them away is a pretty gross business tactic. Complete waste of my time and money.

From my very first visit to Heber Southwest Spine & pain clinic. Dr. Talbot was kind, attentive & reassuring. He listened to all my concerns without rushing me and took the time to come up with treatment options He is compassionate and has given me excellent care for the last few years. The treatment plan they developed for me included injections. This has made a tremendous difference in my quality of life. It’s improved my range of motion and I’m able to enjoy time with my family. The entire staff, from the front desk to th... read more

I bring my mother in for her pain management appointments. The doctor is great however, their front desk help is Not very kind and acts condescending towards the patients. My mother is hard of hearing and the receptionist talked to her in a very patronizing way I felt that it was inappropriate She needs a lesson in how to treat patients with kindness.
