I have been going to Dr. Smith for years with my whole family but after yesterday he lost a lot of business! My 14 yr old went in for her appointment, sat down in the chair. At first everything was normal but then it was like something inside him flipped. He was switching the lenses back and forth super fast, to fast for any human to even see. Great care and very efficient. Shannon the certified ophthalmic assistant is very gentle and makes you feel comfortable. Dr Smith is great at explaining things and has a wonderful chairside manner. Refreshing to see in these days of what seems like declining healthcare.
Awesome experience! Dr. Smith took time to explain many things about my eyes/vision that NOBODY had ever explained to me before! He was patient, thorough, and very personable throughout the appointment! I never felt rushed, and walked away feeling great about him and his practice! Top notch!
