if there was a rating below poor i'd choose it. he's a nightmare, stay away. he is now in El Paso, TX and is disorganized, has papers cluttered on piles of paper and fast food containers in between. He is unprofessional, doesn not retrun calls. He didn't charge our insurance and 2 moths later, has not remedied the problem. My Eye Insurance calls me and speaks with me way better as I'm trying to resolve an issue that Kluka should be handling on his own.
