I am very frustrated because there is no waiting list or other means of getting an appointment scheduled for a colonoscopy. I called in February and was told they weren't scheduling for 6months and to call back in June. I just called and now told it would be 9-12 months before I can get in. And since there is no waiting list or other means to hold my request, if I call back in Sept, I may hear that there is nothing available for another year. I saw this doctor years ago. He was convinced my symptoms were in my head or I was making them up after my colonoscopy didn’t show anything. I ended up having stage four endometriosis in my rectal wall, bowel and bladder. I would not recommend Dr. Overhieser. This man was so dismissive and rude that it seriously made me stop seeking medical help for close to 3 years. He absolutely did not care.
