Very rude and condescending, not willing to take consumer law cases which are included in their scope per MetLife. Also, it’s not OK to call back to identify who wrote this review. Do not waste time with this firm.

Andrew was great in my estate planning and documentation. In the time of covid he explained everything over the phone and was responsive and clear when I had questions about the implications of the paperwork I'd received via email. Once we were able to meet in a socially distanced way, we coordinated the signing, which I felt comfortable with due to the masks and protocols.
