Dr Nguyen is awesome. I found myself in a tough spot and not only was he an excellent surgeon he was empathetic and understood the pain I was in when no one else “got it” thanks for helping me know there are kind empathetic docs out there.

Let me be clear that I am not normally one to write a review, good or bad, unless it was well deserved. If I could give a zero or less I would. Dr. Andrew Nguyen (M Health Fairview urologist just to make sure we have the right one) is definitely a competent provider (meaning educated in his specialty), but the cost of seeing him is an impersonal visit without much direction and feedback during or after the visit. The absolute worst human!! Not even worst doctor or worst suregeon, just the worst human!! Absolutely zero bedside manner. Yes of course I want a suregeon who is skilled but they should also be a decent human being and Andy isn’t. He’s awful!! I was transferred from one hospital to another and came into his care and he told me I was not that sick (spent 3 days in hospital and had surgery, not sick??), that he was absolutely livid withe me, that if I only knew they words that were in his head and on and on and on because I at... read more
