I had a very disappointing experience with attorney Andrew Neal. Communication has been extremely poor. He rarely answers his phone, and when I leave messages, I almost never receive a response. At one point, he told me he would look for my late father’s will. After waiting a week with no update, I called again and received no response. After several attempts to reach him, he finally said he would have his clerk check and call me back. Unfortunately, that call never came.
