Our greyhound Thunder Bolt absolutely loves his friend Victoria, a vet tech, who is always excited to see see him & give him lots of attention when he comes in. She's always been wonderful, caring and gentle with him. We also really like Dr. Alicia Fai! She's attentive, caring, gentle, and is great about explaining everything. The ladies at the reception desk are always very nice and helpful. We highly recommend this specific doctor!! Unfortunately we did have an unpleasant experience with the newest doctor.
