The staff was great
While all companies in this field tend to prescribe pills and steroids for everything ,it became clear that after Listening to us our dog had a dietary problem , food issue, if you Like .We had been to 4 different vets. So we are going to a dog dermatologist a.s.a.p. thank you for your help.
We've been going to Green Valley since January. We are impressed with the staff as well as the facility. Our pets are all elderly (as we are, too), so are there frequently. All our interactions have been positive. Even though we live in Moreno Valley, it's worth the drive to receive such quality care for our fur babies.
Our cat was treated for a large hematoma in the ear and needed sedation. The staff was very professional and efficient. We have been with Green Valley for many years. Wait times will vary, as with any clinic that deals with emergency situations. Our pets have received great care.
