Was the 1st Doctor I've seen this year, above my Hand Surgeon, that actually knew what he was talking about! He was down to earth, and actually explained my choices and the end results. I would recommend this man in the highest level allowed! And Haley his Adm. Assistant, used the same kind, knowledgeable Customer Service in setting up my procedure, including all insurance politics. My best regards to a well Organized, Efficiently operated Medical Organization! And today, that is truly Hard to find

Dr. Vo very clearly explained my condition, answered my questions and described his near term recommendations and long term possible treatment should it be needed. I was very satisfied and recommend him without reservation.
D.r Vo wanted a MRI and said that someone would contact me to schedule it. It has now been over 2 weeks and no contact yet. This is the second time that OAW has not followed up after a visit. Will probably be looking elsewhere for a doctor since OAW does not seem to care to follow up after an appointment.
