Now this is a review for a family member that had two bad experiences with Dr. Bowser. The first time she met him at the office and he made sure that she didn't understand a thing. He was very busy explaining things in a voice and tone that was for other doctors but not for a normal none medical people. He did an ultrasound as another doctor requested it and was supposed to provide a phone consultation yesterday at 4 pm. This was a phone appointment with him and not with anyone else.
