I was greeted swiftly upon entering the office; the staff were kind and attentive. Dr. Michael's had prepared for our visit by reviewing my previous doctor's records, he took the time to talk with me and answer any questions. I appreciated that everything was on time. Very happy with my experience.

Dr. Michaels is great, but his staff really needs to get it together. I called them a few months ago with my blood pressure results that I had been monitoring at home. They were a little high, so they called me back to say that Dr. Michaels called in a new script for an ARB. The next day, I got a call from the office, stating that they were already going to double my dose. I asked why, and they said that my pressures were still high despite the med. I went to my grandmothers appointment with her and while we so patiently waited with a toddler mind you we did so even with our masks on until we were alone the exam room. I don’t agree with masks but out of respect for the other patients only in a hospital setting will I wear a mask as they don’t work, but my grandmother continued to wear hers the best she could so as to not offend anyone and even with the little interactions of the two nurses that stopped in never stated we needed to properly wear the mask so we assumed al... read more
