They did absolutely nothing to treat me, messed up the scheduling for my appointment and acted like it was my fault. I had the appointment on the paper THIER OFFICE GAVE ME with the time and date... if you call thier office you'll get to speak with a Caren. She will act as though any questions or requests for information about your situation is a problem. Good luck if this is your path. You're going to need it.
My testosterone level was low so my family doctor referred my here. My original level was under 300. They ordered me to get more labs and said that if it is under 300 insurance will cover it and they will call it into my pharmacy. I got more lab work done and it was 281. Now they say that anything over 250 they won't prescribe for me. Also my hematocrit level was low in which testosterone would help bring that up as well. They never even mentioned that abnormal level. So basically they lied to me and ignored an abnormal test... read more
He's an excellent urologist. I highly recommend him. He takes his time during appointments and answers all your questions.
