After viewing over 30 houses with probably 10 real estate agents around ohio. Zillow matched us with Andrew. He was the first one out of 10 real estate agents to seem like he cared about us. He was also the first to go over information about the houses we visited and gave his opinion on them during the walk throughs. He pointed out things we didn't see. What I appreciated, the most about Andrew was his transparency and his wealth of knowledge. At every house we looked at he pointed out pros and cons, and was able to point out foundational issues we didn’t even notice! When he was unsure of a question that he was asked he was transparent with us! Then, he would get the information that he needed in order to help us out the most. I appreciate all the work and time that Andrew put into helping us find our first home!
Andrew was fantastic! Communication was wonderful. Andrew was very knowledgeable and we had a ton of questions as this was our first time looking for a home. He was always available for questions, showings, etc and helped us through what seemed to be a very long closing. Highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
