Poor bedside manner, stares at his iPad and types during the patient encounter, poor medical decision making, was very defensive when I asked him about alternative testing/treatment options. Would recommend a physician who is younger/more up to date with current medical guidelines Update 2/22: my mother has since gone to the ER because of mismanagement by this clown of a doctor. He did not listen to me (I’m also a physician) when I suggested alternative treatment strategies that would’ve properly treated her at the time.

It’s unfortunate that I have to write a negative review because I genuinely liked Dr. Marlowe, but my experience with the billing department has been extremely unacceptable. I had a surgical procedure on October 16th involving a middle ear injection to address eustachian tube dysfunction. This procedure had been scheduled months in advance. Sadly, I have had a very poor experience with Dr. Marlowe’s practice. My difficulties began when I first trialed hearing aids. The trial pair worked very well, but when my own hearing aids arrived, the results were disappointing. Over time I worked with several audiologists at the practice, some of whom stayed only a few weeks. At one point, I was told that the hearing aids I had been given were not new and would be exchanged. They were replaced, but I still did not achieve the clarity I had been expecting.
