Dr. Marlowe is dismissed and lacking empathy. Left there crying with no hope. Not sure why he has been given awards because he was clearly not caring based on my experience.
After many years of searching for a qualified ENT. I was super lucky to discover the most amazing group of medical professionals ever Thank you to all of yalls team to get me back to healthy
The only reason the rating is as high as two stars is because of Erica, she is excellent, and the only reason I have stayed with this practice. I was early for my 10:30 appointment (7 mins) I was not seen until 11:25, this in not acceptable. Ten or fifteen minutes late, not great but things happen, 55 minutes is not acceptable. I will be looking for a new Dr
Waited over an hour never got to see the doctor
Maria is amazing! I’ve seen her for emsculpt and she’s been incredible throughout the process. She’s thorough, knowledgeable but also so extremely personable. She’s made our sessions so enjoyable I’m coming back for facials and additional treatments. She’s easily made me a regular there. Couldn’t recommend enough!!
