Dr. Wayne listened to me, involved me in treatment planning, explained all my options and was very kind. Excellent bedside manner. Staff isn't overly friendly but they are professional and they get you in/out quickly. No complaints at all.
I just wanted to say as a nurse I have had the honor to be treated by Dr. Wayne and his staff. He takes the time To truly listen to you not just hear you but actively listen to your concerns he thoroughly explains the treatment and what is going on from a pathophysiological aspect, however , he does so in a way that it is clear to anyone. Dr. Wayne was great but giving one star because office staff NEVER answers phone OR returns calls. That equates to a poor experience. I’m sitting at my surgeon’s office unable to proceed with my follow up appt because they are also unable to get Agility to answer phone or respond to email request for the report the surgeon needs to discuss at this appt.
Where to start?? Long story short, Dr. Wayne is without a doubt, first and foremost, a Work Comp doctor. You will receive conservative care... which equals Muscle relaxants and Physical Therapy. When that doesn’t work, you will get Narcotic pain medication for your acute and severe pain, to include more Physical Therapy. Once you're finished with your second round of PT, he has done all he will do... even though NOTHING has improved with your conduction and releases you at 100%... and there you are. Dr. Wayne did an outstanding job on my EMG. He explained things really well through the entire procedure and took care not to cause any unnecessary pain. I have had this same procedure with a different physician and it felt like medieval torture! Dr Wayne was amazing!
