I have to agree with Eboni Martin. I had the same experience. It was so bad that half way through my therapy I had to go to another physical therapist , my Dr recommended, to continue therapy.

Andy was very unprofessional he spoke to my mother in a very demeaning manor . I personally feel he has no place interacting with the public when he lacks the most basic sense of propriety and kindness. Regardless of your profession you should always treat people the way you would like to be treated.I don't know how many people he has offended, but I found it so offensive that I would rather my mother never work with him again.
