Great experience. Outstanding surgen. Communication was beyond expectations. Highly recommended.
Dr. Erwood was nice and knowledgable, and took his time to discuss my questions. However, my bigger takeaway unfortunately is that I got to my 11:30 appointment at 11:22 and wasn't taken back to the exam room until 12:38 and ultimately didn't see the Doctor until 1:15. I spoke with the receptionist twice and everyone was kind, I understand days can run behind, but over an hour past the appointment time to be taken back really felt frustrating and then to wait another almost 40 minutes...I don't know if this is possible but i... read more
