Ripped me off..... Claimed i had to pay 1500.00 up front for a root canal... despitw that i have insurance... and they demanded cash.... but, i was dying from the pain, so i sais ok....They tell you that they will submit the claim to your insurance... but what they don't tell you is the insurance won't reimburse you beacuse they aren't in network. They assured me that I would be reimbursed beacuse they saw my insurance cards... but they knew better. They took advantage of me beacuse I was in pain. Bad place

Dropped a drill bit in my husband's tooth cavity after root canal and sealed in. Told him that it's never happened before but it should be fine. He's had an off and on abcess that never totally goes away and 2 years later we are facing extraction charges we shouldn't have to pay for. This is in addition to the terrible bedside manner and extreme arrogance both my husband and I have experienced during both of our own visits.
Excellent care! No discomfort during procedure. Explained things well. Very personable @ friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Got me in a soon after seeing me. Thank You very much Anne Erickson
