A very nice and kind doctor .. I felt very comfortable on my office visit
Dr. Lu is amazing! Let me start with that but the reception staff absolutely nasty & disgusting women. The experience I had today over the phone was sad. I will not be going back to this office. No one seems to be happy there & the way they talked to me as a patient super unprofessional. I use the Athena app for my appt. Being as though this was my FIRST tele health appointment I thought I could use the app because my appt was showing there and there was a link to click. The link didn't work, so I called tbe office. Dr Lu reviewed my history and medications. He answered any questions I had. He discussed continuing care with Breast Center and provided need referrals. I appreciate his care and understanding manner.
