Dr Lu is amazing. The staff is ehhh. I just called at 457pm. The call went through. I was hold til 5pm. Someone picked up the phone. Fumbled with the phone. Then hung up. I called back and conveniently the calls are now going to the after hours line. Very rude and u professional.
I have no idea what that person is talking about with her negative review. Dr. Lu is incredibly empathetic and kind. He didn't disregard any of my feelings, spent a lot of time listening to me and made me feel very heard.
Dr Lu was great in explaining everything and walking me through the process of my iron transfusion! Highly recommend Dr Lu!
I have had excellent visit experiences with Dr Lu. Very informative, knowledgeable, and very open and encouraging. Would refer family and friends to him without reservation
