Andrew Love Cancer Centre have the most caring staff, extremely helpful and lovely, the wellness centre is beautiful for all the patients to enjoy from watching tv or just sit in a massage chair to relax, sit out on the balcony and suck in the fresh air. All the knitted hats, beanies, blankets by the volunteers are beautiful and free. They have a fitting room for wigs, jigsaw puzzles to do and if your there on certain days they cook hearty soups, sausage rolls, slices and biscuits. Beautiful for all. Having more treatment after a 7 year gap. Amongst the worry and difficulties of not being well it really is a Happy Place for me at the moment - a place of treatment and hope and professionalism - and just the loveliest bunch of women and men who are happy to engage and that you know really care.
I was there 7 years ago when I was feeling very vulnerable and having radiotherapy. So understanding of all who walked through the door. I also encouraged my daughter to have some treatment there over the last year, and went with her to visit the wellness centre. My husband enjoyed the massage chair to relieve his tension. God bless all the caring staff and volunteers. A wonderfull place of understanding and caring.🤩🤪 Thankyou to you all.
