I put one star because I have to. By far Andy is the least professional insurance agent I’ve ever had, and I’ve had some bad ones. Andy let two of my policies (commercial property insurance and my auto insurance) lapse at separate times even though I had notified him weeks in advance about the letter sent out by underwriting. We gave him a copy of a layout of all the coverage we needed and listed off everything for him and he still got the details wrong. So not only not being insured properly, he also let things lapse. This company fired my agent for spending too much time with her father who was recently put in the ICU for severe skin burns. Kelly Wallbeck was my agent at Farm Bureau. This girl is as sweet as sugar, easy to communicate with, and will go above and beyond to take care of you. Unfortunately, this company is all about the money.
I had some insurance needs and was able to get them taken care of through Linsey. She was extremely prompt, professional, and super good to work with. Thanks Lindsey for a great experience.
