Had an appointment on 8/5/24 @ 9:30 am. Arrived at 9 am and front desk said I had no appointment. I tried to reschedule & front desk said I could not. Will be looking for a new doctor.

My first visit with Dr. Savin, Quickly identified my problem, created a clear treatment plan. He explained what is happening to me, what each medication he was prescribing was for, why he chose that med over another and provided a portal so we can communicate and refine treatment without additional appointments in the coming days. So clear and professional. Thank you!!

Dr. Savin is a amazing Doctor. He has hepled me so much in the past. He always knows what to say. He helped me with RSD. No one could figure it out. I WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN TILL I MET DR. Savin. Thank you you a Dr. I will never forget.

Called this office make an annual visit appointment. Was told that Dr. Savin is not accepting new patients, but that Dr. Zheng is and that I would need to call my insurance to appoint her as my primary. Called my insurance and had them change the doctor effective today. Called the doctor's office back to be told that now I would have to wait 24-48 hours regardless that I was providing a reference number that the insurance company gave. I would be okay with this entire process if the person answering the phone was informative... read more
