Best Dr appt ever. Came in to my room well before appointment time, asked a lot of questions and was not hurried. Did a full exam and was not satisfied so decided to go up my nose with a camera and look down my throat right then. Explained everything well, made sure I was comfortable and was reassuring. Spent a lot of time going over medications, told me to follow up in 3 weeks but to call if I felt I wasn't improving or had medication issues. He looked up my nose, decided nothing was wrong with me, and sent me on my way. I've had a sinus infection for 3 months and he refused to acknowledge it. He would not listen to me. Finally, another competent doctor gave me an antibiotic and it cleared up the sinus infection and I feel a lot better. I will not return to this doctor!
This dude is a absolute joke ! Would not recommend to anyone he doesn’t care about his patients would give him a zero out of ten!!
Appt was too quick. Dr didn't listen to symptoms. Dr didn't ask follow up questions to my symptoms. Seemed to have come to the conclusion before stepping into exam room. Refused to do any testing. Seemed clearly not to care about my suffering. Was a bit rude too.
