Never turned up for the first appointment with no communication, rebooked after we got back in contact and he apologised saying he must have missed it. Waited in again for the 2nd time and same again, never turned up with no communication and not answering his phone.
Unreliable. Called to ask for help fixing a leak. Said he'd come round in the afternoon. Late afternoon came and went with no further communication. Didn't answer further calls or respond to messages. Totally let down.
Andrew has been a reliable helper these few weeks helping us out with sorting out our new home. He’s given us help and advice and I would strongly recommend his services to anyone who is looking! He does a great job and has been particularly responsive.
