I'm calling on behalf of my 83 year old grandmother and the phone rings and rings and rings. Then, after the third attempt, the lady answering the phone has an attitude with me, as if I was bothering her for calling. Zero customer service. I ask my grandmother about her interactions with the receptionists and she says the same thing; talk down to her or they get easily irritated with her questions. Looking for another doctor.

Never available in 2 years have never seen him in person. We had an Emergency and when the hospital called him 3 times he never answered.

My husband is a patient with Dr Levine. I trust no other doctor with any of my family members. Dr Levine has a wonderful bedside manner when seeing his patients in the hospital and a better in clinic manner when talking to the patient and their family.

This is the last time we come to this doctor. They schedule labs for a patient in office and never have a lab technician. Mind you i get my grandmother up early who is disabled and drive about 30 minutes for nothing. Not even a call! This is all the time. We are done with this doctor.
