I was seen at Cleveland Clunic urgent care by Dr Andrew Koval, and let me tell you, I am a Karen, I don’t want to be and I work on it daily , but it comes out sometimes , he was so thorough and made me feel I was the most important patient in there , even thou there were many patients there.
