Have been with State Farm for years. Ms. Judy Kim is very kind and professional. Gets the work done right away. Very pleased with the service.
Terrible experience with this agency. Do not work with Daniel unless you want to speak to a wall. Extremely dismissive, demeaning, and does not seem to care whether you have questions or not. He was expressively growing impatient with me within the first 5 minutes of speaking and was practically raising his voice at me, a prospective policy holder, all because I had asked a question he didn’t know how to answer.
