Terrible experience with this agency. Do not work with Daniel unless you want to speak to a wall. Extremely dismissive, demeaning, and does not seem to care whether you have questions or not. He was expressively growing impatient with me within the first 5 minutes of speaking and was practically raising his voice at me, a prospective policy holder, all because I had asked a question he didn’t know how to answer. Don't use this State Farm. Absolutely horrendous customer service and forcing double policies on homeowners by making up their own rules.

I inquired about renters insurance after moving into my new place, and got a few quotes immediately. Brian was very helpful and efficient, and I was able to get an affordable policy with good coverage in just 1 day. The office is bilingual, so great for Korean speakers and English speakers!
