Dr. Rabley did an outstanding job of making me feel comfortable during my procedure, and in keeping pain out of the procedure. He was very professional and personable, and he thoroughly explained everything that I needed to know. The other staff members were also very professional, caring and compassionate. I definitely got excellent care.
I didn't feel like I was listened to, I left there with no answers and still in pain. Even if he didn't know what to do, at least make me feel good about the next steps.
