Just took over a rental agreement for business, then one month into it, was due for a review and they have increased 800 dollars per year extra. I asked the agency to contact the landlord if they can leave the rental for twelve months as it was since the took over date. I sent few questions and concerns about the rental fee for consideration since I just took over the place.
