Dr.jen is Amazing doctor he cares about his patients and their opinions he explains the procedures to you and ask if any questions I very grateful for him as my doctor i recommend him to any one he's a great orthopedic surgeon.
You did surgery on my broken foot I’m in so much pain when I got out of the hospital some doctor wrote me a prescription for pain medication for 15 and my discharge papers said to follow up in one week I tried to call and call the answer service said leave a message and they would call back they never did so I went back to er and told them they said they made me a appointment for the following Monday they wrote me another prescription for 15 so I went to the appointment at north hills they I didn’t have a appointment and sai... read more
He was good. Nice staff.
My daughter has a broken leg as well as a possible torn ACL. She is in a horrible amount of pain and the Dr prescribed inadequate pain medication (Naproxen) with the excuse that she has to wait until a week later when she gets her MRI. I have watched her suffer and cry for four days with another five days until she sees this Dr. This is unacceptable.
