As a laryngologist, Dr. McWhorter is highly specialized, and I am very glad that I was able to benefit from his expertise. It was certainly worth the drive from New Orleans to see Dr. McWhorter. He performed surgery on my larynx, and I think it has turned out as well as it possibly could have. If anything, I wish I had seen him earlier. Wonderful experience with Dr. McWhorter and his staff! He took time to explain things and answered my questions. Never felt like he was rushing or in a hurry. He is very kind, patient, and thorough. Thankful that there are doctors like him who still care about the patient. Would 10 out of 10 recommend!
Dr. McWhorter has provided wonderfully attentive care to me for an ongoing cough issue I have suffered with for over a year now. My wife and I travel from New Orleans to Baton Rouge to see him, and I would highly recommend his expertise to anyone dealing with issues associated with his specialty.
