Dr West and his office treated my 97 yr old mother with so much respect and kindness. He is amazing!
Appointment scheduled for 3pm arrived 2:30pm waited after 4 other patients came Seen before me very upsetting.No acknowledgment why !!!!!!!!!!!! Informed by staff Dr running late but after taken patients before me,Never again!!!!!!!
Today was my first visit with Dr. West. I found him to be friendly, knowledgeable and caring.
9/1/2017 I Accompanied my mother to have a routine Angioplasty procedure by Dr. Andrew West and he negligently cut (“dissected”) her artery. She died 48 hours later in the ICU. My mother’s name “is” Jetherell Beard. She never came home to her husband, her children, her grandchildren. I wouldn’t even rate him 1 “star” if it wasn’t required to post. Proceed with caution with this provider.
