Dr. Tompkins saw me immediately after a referral due to significant hearing loss. He took his time giving me information and answered all of my questions. The audiology technician who did my hearing test was also very good at explaining what the tests would involve and answered all my questions. Everyone I cam in contact with was very helpful, professional and friendly. Highly recommend this practice.
