Great staff. Very professional.
My normal doctor at Ohio ENT & Allergy is Dr. Gupta,, but he was out of the office this week and I needed to see someone as soon as possible to make sure I healing properly and didn’t have a secondary infection. I was scheduled with Dr. Tompkins, and I found him to be very rude, and not taking my concerns, seriously. I was hospitalized for 2 days and diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy.
