Took the time to explain my condition and options
I always wait 45-60 minutes before getting seen. I also got charged multiple first visits. The doctor and the admin did not go over multiple first time charges or CPT codes with me. When I got my hand stitches removed in 2023, they left multiple stitches in and had to get the rest taken out in Ireland. Also charged for an X-ray for a cyst that was too small to operate.
