Really hard to get one of his nurses on the phone. You wait on hold 10-15 minutes and jump through numerous hoops just to be told they’ll call you back in 2 business days. What happened to the days you’d just be able to pick up the phone and talk to someone in office?!?
Dr. Ly is amazing. Very thorough and thoughtful.
I am one of his first patients. I have recommended him to everyone I have ever met who has had issues with their doctors and they have all made the switch. He is kind, compassionate, and gets it. Dr Ly is covers everything you need while actually listening to you. His 5-star reviews are for real and if you need a doctor you would be lucky to have him.
