I had an emergency where I had to take my father to the ER and that made me 10 minutes late to an appointment with Dr. Gordon. I tried calling before to let them know I was going to be late, but their office does not accept calls on Saturday. They would not see me and only offered an appointment two weeks later, even though I was dealing with cluster headaches. It’s odd how they can make you wait hours past your appointment, but won’t accommodate 10 minutes due to an emergent situation.
Great care and followup from Doctor Gordon. It is disappointing that it is not possible for his office to send medical reports to patients by fax or email, only snail mail. This is 2019 for gosh sake. Always long waits in queue when phoning the office. One star off for difficult front office.
Dr Gordon has been my husband's neurologist since April 2017. He has monitored Bob's Parkinson's symptoms and prescribed meds which have helped him live with his growing motor and non- motor impairments. As his disease progresses, Dr. Gordon has revised meds and assisted us in applying for disability benefits. We are grateful for the management of Bob's care by Dr. Gordon.
