Be extremely careful when canceling an appointment through text from their offices. We received a confirmation text, canceled the appt, then received a $100 invoice for "missing" it. If we didnt have the exact time/date of that text, they wouldn't have extended the credit due. It's so sad when we're talking about some patients with memory issues getting caught up in Dr. Gordon's OWN technology issues that result in erroneous patient charges. Nice people, terrible tech. DEFINITELY SAVE THAT CANCELATION TEXT!
I saw Dr. Gordon for an EMG. I found him to be knowledgeable and pleasant. Rather than just routinely performing the test, he made adjustments specific to my individual problem. He kept me informed of the procedure and the results. I recommend him highly.
