Bar none, one of the worst experiences of all-time in any facet of the health care industry. Dr. Andrew — although a kind person—simply lacks the ability to hire and lead good people to run his office. His operation is 0/10 bad. ZERO. Dr Andrew patiently spends all the time you need and that is very rare today!
No longer a fan. Service has deteriorated over the last 5 years dramatically. My husband has been a patient for about 25 years. He has no ongoing prescriptions and is a healthy guy. Recently he had an accident and called to try and get in; he was told no appointments for a week or more; he sent a picture of his face which was really banged up and asked for prescription for pain drugs and cream for abrasions.
