Per permission from an active patient , SB. Dr. Croak's whole team did an amazing job. They kept me informed and explained everything clearly in a way that I could understand it. I would definately recommend Dr. Croak to ANYONE in need. He has a wonderful bedside mannor. My symptoms have improved significantly. I feel more normal and much better.

Per permission from active patient - F Rice, Bowling Green I have had chronic back issues for years that led to horrible leakage requiring diapers. I tried all the therapies and finally was referred to see Dr. Croak. He recommended Axonics neuromodulation. The procedure was easy and I am over 90% better. I threw out my diapers and I no longer leak at night. I even went to a 50's dance and was able to dance all night without peeing my pants. It changed my life!!!

I would like to respond to a fraudulent and defamatory post by a "Sandi B" that a loyal patient alerted me to recently. Many of my colleagues have been experiencing an increase in trolling extortionists that will ask for money to take negative website reviews down. They often contact office by a fax after they post mean spirited material on various ratings sites.
