Dr. Chernack was my primary for over twenty years, and it was all good till he moved to Premier Medical Group and I had to switch primaries. I've been trying to get my records from Dr. Chernack for seven years, and all I've received is promises.

I recently switched to Dr Chernack when my doctor of many years retired. I wish I had switched sooner. Dr. Chernack is very thorough and he fully explains everything. He asks many questions in search of the correct diagnosis. He spends the time needed with patients, never rushing through an exam. He is super confident, and self-assured, but not stuffy or cocky. I've seen many docs over the years and he is my favorite. My only gripe is that the waiting area is small and the TV is always on.
