Dr. Isenberg removed half of my thyroid 8 weeks ago. I still don’t have a voice and I have a lump at the site of the incision. I have been to my primary, an ENT, an Endocrinologist, urgent care, a speech therapist and Dr. Isenberg all since the surgery and nobody can actually tell me anything. Isenberg sent me for an ultrasound of the lump at the incision site, and then never bothered to tell me the results. My husband had to call (since I don’t have a voice) 4 days later and get them. Awesome surgeon I had a total thyroidectomy I'm 8 weeks post op no swelling no discomfort scar is minimal. He explained everything to me prior to the surgery there were no surprises. He was wonderful. His office staff is very helpful and I literally sat down to wait and my name was called. They ran on time both visits prior and post op. I highly recommend him and trust his opinion.
