Incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic, and patient. Made a huge difference in my life when I came to OSU's Long COVID clinic.
So, I had to find Dr. Gerwin opposite Sawyer Drive. Directions were lousy and I know where the 94th Aero Squadron is located. Give me accurate landmarks! I still don't know what caused the ingrown toenail like pain really was. Dr. Szamas is my preferred podiatrist hands down.
I am so unimpressed with the care this physician has provided to my in-laws. I tried multiple times to contact Dr. Schamess, twice reaching an actual person (with no call back) and many times staying on the line for 45 min with no answer. We needed help. More than I can say. They were living unsafely at home. We needed their physician to review meds, take away drivers licenses, just SEE them for an appointment.
