I let a property with this company and they had supposedly placed the tenants deposit in a secure deposit scheme. The tenant has moved out and I am owed the full deposit, however it appears that the estate agent is no longer operational? I certainly cannot get hold of anyone and therefore have lost a significant amount of money. Absolute crooks. If anyone has any advise on how to get hold of them it would be much appreciated
